As an owner-managed family business, the consideration of ethical principles in our entrepreneurial actions and in our dealings with one another is a natural part of our corporate philosophy. As a long-standing member of ZVEI (Zentralverband Elektrotechnik- und Elektronikindustrie e.V. - German Electrical and Electronic Manufacturers' Association), it goes without saying that we recorded this in writing in 2010 by signing the ZVEI Code of Conduct and thus officially committed ourselves to adhering to ethical principles.
Diversity Charter
"Diversity as an opportunity" is the principle of the Diversity Charter, an initiative of German companies to promote diversity. Diversity here means that all employees are valued regardless of gender, nationality, ethnic origin, religion or ideology, disability, age, sexual orientation, or identity.
For us, these things undoubtedly form part of the respectful interaction with one another. They are practiced in our daily lives. By signing the Charter of Diversity, we have also publicly committed ourselves to promoting a climate of acceptance and mutual trust in our company.
People of all ages and backgrounds work for JUMO worldwide.
The Code of Conduct is globally applicable and is based on internationally applicable agreements such as the United Nations Universal Declaration of Human Rights. It also follows the core labor standards of the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the principles of the Rio Declaration on Environment and Development.
We want to preserve such beautiful nature as can be found here in the Rhön region.
